Lead Times and Turnaround for Custom Acoustic Panels

What "5 business days" actually means
For in-stock items, we ship within 5 business days of order placement. UPS Ground transit then adds 1-5 business days depending on your zone. So an order placed Monday from a Chicago-area customer typically arrives the following Monday.
What "2-3 weeks" actually means
Custom orders enter our production schedule the day they are placed. Cutting, wrapping, and quality-check take 2-3 weeks. Freight transit adds 3-7 business days for large-format orders. Plan 4-5 weeks total from order to delivery for a custom-fabric large-format job.
Rush turnaround
If your project has a hard deadline, tell us up front and we will tell you whether we can hit it. We do not charge a "rush fee" for moving an order ahead of the queue when capacity allows; we just say yes or no honestly.

Shipping
- Free ground shipping on orders $349.99+ (standard sizes only)
- Large-format and oversized panels ship via freight; freight surcharge is a flat per-order line item
- Liftgate service is a flat $95 surcharge for residential or non-dock deliveries
- Residential delivery surcharge is a flat $150 for non-commercial addresses
- We supply tracking on every freight shipment and coordinate appointment delivery for residential receivers
