How production scheduling works
Custom orders enter our production schedule the day they are placed. In-stock items move fastest since there is no fabric cut-and-wrap step. Large-format and freight-shipped panels take longer because they ship on a pallet and add freight transit on top of production. None of this is a promise of a specific date. Call and we will tell you where an order placed today would land in the queue.
Rush turnaround
If your project has a hard deadline, tell us up front and we will tell you whether we can hit it. We do not charge a "rush fee" for moving an order ahead of the queue when capacity allows; we just say yes or no.

Large-format and oversized panels ship via freight; freight surcharge is a flat per-order line item
Liftgate service is a flat $95 surcharge for residential or non-dock deliveries
Residential delivery surcharge is a flat $150 for non-commercial addresses
We supply tracking on every freight shipment and coordinate appointment delivery for residential receivers

Can you get my order out faster than the standard schedule?
For in-stock panels and a willing customer, sometimes yes. Same-day or next-day shipping is rare and depends on order timing and our cut-team availability. Call us before placing the order if you need it fast.
Does printing custom artwork take longer than fabric-wrapping?
Yes. Custom-printed art panels add a proof-approval step and a print step before fabric-wrap, so they take longer than a standard fabric-wrapped panel. Call for the current window on a printed order.
Why do oversized panels take longer than small ones?
Cutting, wrapping, and QC for a 48x96 panel takes more time per unit than for a 24x48. Large panels also share the production line with custom orders, so scheduling stretches lead time slightly.
How do I get a hard delivery date?
Place your order, get an order confirmation with the production date, and we will follow up with the actual ship date when production wraps. For deadline-driven projects, ask for a hard delivery commitment up front.
