Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Acoustic Sound Panels Corp related to your orders (order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates, delivery exceptions) and customer care (responses to questions you submit to us, quote follow-ups, and service notifications). We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How You Opt In
You opt in to this SMS program by one of the following methods:
- Submitting a web form on AcousticSoundPanels.com (contact form, quote request, or custom order form) where you enter your mobile number and check the consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages.
- Providing your mobile number at checkout and checking the SMS consent box to receive order and shipping updates.
Providing your mobile number is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is not required to buy goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity and support interactions. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Acoustic Sound Panels Corp does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt Out - Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may continue to receive messages for up to 24 hours while our systems process the opt-out.

Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or the contents of any SMS messages with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at acousticsoundpanels.com/pages/sms-terms. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
