Return/Refund Policy
Each item we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization and exchange.

Returns of non-defective merchandise (color preference, etc) are accepted up to 30 days after you receive your order. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges on returns. There is a 35% restocking fee on stock size acoustic panels and all other returnable items.

Custom-size items, DIY materials, and custom fabric panels are non-refundable once we have received your order.

Merchandise must be returned with complete packaging and all accessories it came with.

We are unable to accept returns of the following products:

• Products with custom-supplied fabrics
• Acoustic Art Panels.
• Any acoustic panel showing signs of damage or use.
• Custom-size panels in any fabric.
• Products sent via oversized ground and/or freight shipments.
• Guilford of Maine, Burch Fabrics, Burlap or Microsuede fabric-wrapped panels in any size

Non-Cancelable Orders

All orders placed with AcousticSoundPanels.com—whether online, by signed quote, purchase order, or contract—are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has begun or materials have been allocated.

Custom products, cut materials, special-order fabrics, and any made-to-order items are non-cancelable at all times, regardless of production status.

The buyer is fully responsible for the total order amount once the order is submitted.

Changes to an order after submission are not guaranteed and, if approved, will result in additional charges.


Refusal of Shipment

Refusing delivery does not qualify as a cancellation, return, or non-receipt of goods.

If the buyer refuses a shipment for any reason:

  1. The order is still considered delivered and fulfilled.

  2. All freight charges (original shipping, return freight, re-delivery, storage, and carrier fees) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  3. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  4. The buyer remains fully liable for the invoice total.

Refused shipments will not stop or reverse payment obligations.

The buyer must accept delivery and follow the proper return process if eligible.
