All Sales are Final
Please note that all sales are final on all orders. Acoustic Sound Panels does not take returns on orders. The only exception that will be made is if your order was damaged during shipping, and was signed for as such.
Protect Your Investment
AcousticSoundPanel.com is not responsible for replacing damaged orders unless the customer signs for the delivery as damaged before the truck driver leaves. Please…inspect your order carefully and protect your investment.
Shipping Policy
Acoustic Sound Panels will have the right to determine, in its discretion, the means of transportation used, and Purchaser will pay directly, or reimburse Acoustic Sound Panels for, all add on costs and expenses of such shipment (change of address, residential delivery, liftgate or any added expenses. In no event will Acoustic Sound Panels be liable to Purchaser for (a) any failure of any carrier to deliver any Products to Purchaser, (b) any delay by any carrier in the delivery of any Products to Purchaser or (c) any loss of or damage to any Products while in transit to Purchaser.
Production Time
Most orders leave our warehouse in under one week + shipping time to complete the delivery to you. Your exact turnaround time is NOT guaranteed and will depend on many factors and can change at any time. If you need delivery by a certain timeframe, please contact our sales department and inquire about our expedited options.
Delivering Your Order
Please work with our team for any special care required once the truck arrives. If you need 48 hours advance notice on delivery, or a lift gate on the truck to lower the pallet to your ground, be sure to let us know during your ordering process. Note that the driver will NOT deliver your material to the inside of your building, only to your doorstep. Be sure to have someone ready to meet the driver and get the product moved indoors when driver leaves.
RESIDENTIAL FREIGHT DELIVERY
ALL large panels (48" x 48" or larger) and any freight deliveries going to a residential address (as determined by the shipping company) will be REQUIRED to pay a $150 residential FREIGHT delivery fee. To avoid the residential freight fee, the customer may pickup shipment from local freight hub. Please contact us in advance with any questions, we are happy to help.
Shipping
• Changing the ship-to address after shipment release incurs a re-consignment fee.
• Most small-package orders ship via UPS Ground (subject to change).
• Free shipping applies only to the continental United States, and the carrier/method is chosen at the discretion of AcousticSoundPanels.com.
Additional Freight Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
– Residential delivery
– Schools, churches, limited-access locations
– Construction sites
– Inside delivery
– Liftgate service
– Scheduled delivery
– Any special-handling requirement
International Shipping
• Buyer is responsible for brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and all related charges.
• AcousticSoundPanels.com assumes no liability for international shipping issues.
Shipping Damage
AcousticSoundPanels.com assumes no responsibility or liability for shipping damage or delays.
The buyer must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
If damaged:

Mark the delivery receipt “DAMAGED.”

Photograph the shipment.

Refuse delivery if damage is significant.

Notify AcousticSoundPanels.com within 2 hours.
Signing for a damaged shipment without noting “DAMAGED” eliminates all claim rights and transfers responsibility entirely to the buyer.
