Yes. We have integrator and design-build pricing tiers based on project volume and ongoing relationship. Send us your firm name and a typical project profile; we will set up an account and quote your next project at the right tier.
Can you ship to job sites?
Yes. We ship freight directly to commercial job sites or staging warehouses. Liftgate and residential surcharges are flat per-order line items; commercial dock delivery has no surcharge.
What documentation do you supply for plan review?
Class A ASTM E84 documentation for approved assemblies, NRC test reports per ASTM C423, fiber-content and CSI 09 8400 spec data sheets, and material safety data sheets.
How are panels packaged for freight?
Large-format panels (24x72 or larger) ship via freight on a single pallet with corner protection and stretch-wrap. Standard sizes ship via UPS Ground or LTL depending on order size.
Can you coordinate install?
We supply mounting hardware (Z-clip, ceiling cloud, impaling clip) with every order. Most integrators self-install or use their normal trim/finish subcontractor. We are happy to coordinate by phone with your installer ahead of delivery.
What is your typical proof and approval workflow?
For custom-printed art panels we send a digital proof for sign-off before fabrication. For standard fabric-wrap orders we send a confirmation summary and ship after approval. Custom sizes get a measured shop drawing if requested.
