Yes. ANSI S12.60 sets a maximum reverberation time of 0.6 seconds for unoccupied classrooms under 10,000 cubic feet. Our standard 2-inch panels at 10% surface coverage typically bring rooms into compliance. We will model your specific room as part of the free analysis.
Are panels safe in classrooms with younger students?
Yes when installed properly. Standard panels are fabric-wrapped fiberglass core, similar to ceiling tiles. The fabric stays intact under normal classroom use. For districts that prefer non-fiberglass options, we offer 100% post-consumer recycled PET felt panels with no formaldehyde.
