- **NRC**: 1.0 on the 2 inch panel (6 lb density core, per ASTM C423). 1 inch panel: NRC 0.80 (Intertek tested per ASTM C423). 4 inch panel: no single NRC number published, used where broadband and low-frequency absorption is the goal. PET felt: NRC 0.88. Ceiling tiles: NRC 0.80.
- **Fabric**: Burch Fabrics Prime Time (preferred, Made in the USA) and Guilford of Maine. Both are supplied. 150+ color options across six fabric lines, including Microsuede and Burlap. Class A fire-rated fabric options available.
- **Fire**: PET felt panels are Class A (ASTM E84, Flame Spread Index 5 / Smoke Developed Index 250), Intertek tested.
- **Core**: Mineral wool insulation, framed wood construction. Acoustically transparent fabric wrap.
- **Build**: All panels built to order in Lombard, IL. Custom dimensions to the inch.
- **Print process**: Large-format direct print on acoustically transparent fabric for art panels. The printed art face absorbs less than a plain fabric-wrapped panel, so NRC 1.0 refers to the 2 inch fabric panel, not to a printed art face.

## Shipping

- Free ground shipping on parcel-size orders over $349.99 (continental US).
- Any panel with a dimension over 48 inches ships freight. Freight is a flat rate, dock to dock.
- Liftgate service is a separate paid add-on the customer adds to the cart. It is never included in the base freight rate. It is needed when the delivery site has no loading dock or forklift.
- Panels are built to order. Lead times are quoted per project. Call 888-923-5777 for current turnaround.

## Payment

- Pay by card, ACH, wire or Zelle, or finance through Shop Pay Installments or Affirm at checkout. PayPal is also accepted at checkout.
